All wood and paints of this piece are original. This is an old plywood box from a science lab with a "window" on top.  I added a framed glass cover to the open side.  An old dart target fills the back wall, and four 1900 lithographed birds on plywood are set on thin dowels. The whole interior is lined with a 1930's biology chart of oat stalks. The piece includes an antique piano light on top, spreading a lovely yellow light to the interior.
