A graphically exciting sculpture. These cubes feature rare old American wood type in a block serif font. They are about 80% maple or birch hardwood, with some pine pieces. The cubes were assembled with plywood backing on each side and with beveled edges that allow the complex gluing of six pieces without edges or dead spaces in the finished sculpture.
